Krystal was amazing in helping us find an apartment this summer! She was courteous and warm. We had a small baby and she allowed me to practice walking up the walk up. She also gave us an extra look at the apartment before sending the deposit. Most of all she was kind, and i feel like that is rare for renter brokers these days. I highly recommend this realty and the women who run it !

A family member and myself left separate messages in reference to seeking an apartment several days ago and up until now no one returned the calls. I doubt they are in need of business because their customer service sucks.
