Do not rent from this company! I was leased a duplex by Cari F. 3 weeks in advance and unit was not ready by move in time. there was no fridge, flea & rat infestation, and tons of mold in AC units. When I asked to speak with property manager I was told they lived out of state and I would have to wait for a supervisor to call me on the matter. When I asked to be put in a new unit or to receive my refund she stated she could not do that . Cari then stated she put a rush order on a fridge but come to find out the man she put me in contact with had no idea what I was talking about. This place is extremely shady, currently in talks with my lawyer to settle on this matter . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.

Ive dealt with this place since June 2025!!!! I have had absolutely no problems, When I put in maintenance request, the maintenance is here in a timely manner. I also pay my rent on time so I don’t know if that’s a factor or not. Jessica in the office is the best she’s helped me out so much since June whenever I moved into my house.

Never rented from them. They had a tenant that rented across the street from me for a year. The man was arrested 4 times in a year, CONSTANTLY a nuisance to the neighborhood. Even threatened to stab my dog on a drunken rampage and then proceeded to get cited for his animals 6 times in a year. Even gave his woman a shiner. Please do better about whoever you are renting too, whatever your process is.

Got this in the mail instead of our deposit back. We were completely paid up on our rent, put our 30 day notice in, cleaned the apartment turned the keys in, paid our last months rent everything. And instead of giving us our deposit they send us the “bill” saying we owe them $9,101. Literally insane. Do not rent from them at all.

My ac went out about 3 weeks after I moved in on June 2023. It was out for 5 days. The inside security lock malfunctioned on a Sunday... no help from anyone. The only was to get out was to climb out the kitchen window. I am 63 years old & I wasn't going to climb on the kitchen counter & out the window facing the walkway. A locksmith came out with a $100.00 charge. No response from Jessica or management. I put my month notice in to move out by March 10, 2025 but low & behold the ac went out again. With no response from management I went in person to the office and spoke with Jessica. Turned in my keys early & moved out on 2.28.25 as ac was still not fixed. No return deposit or payment for their defective lock. Seniors look somewhere else. They don't care about you here. These reviews have
