NEGATIVE STARS. My son lived here for a couple years. He would have left but he couldn’t afford to leave. These are the trashiest apartment I’ve seen. They’re infested with roaches, bed bugs, ants the whole time. The roaches didn’t even wait until night to crawl the walls, etc. He constantly asked for an exterminator but he ended up spraying and putting out traps repeatedly. It never got better because the infestation is beyond belief. People are probably getting diseases and don’t even realize it’s coming from the negligence of Urban Azure to maintain a safe place to live. If you can, choose to go somewhere safe. The Health inspectors need to burn this place down.

Jayline was very helpful assisting me with my application. She was transparent towards what could and couldn't be catered to my preference, understood my situation and helped processing my application as swiftly as possible. She had toured me around the property, and explaine the atmosphere (such as car noise from outside or how other resistances in the building are like, and what kind of pets people have) of the building where the unit I was going to apply for was located at. The office members were also attentive as they almost always answered my calls, and if not, responded to my email. I recommend reaching out to the office and not wait on them to initiate the interaction as it seems they handle many inquires of prospective renters in addition to managing matters of existing residence

Moved from Chicago to the Dallas area and had to find a place to call home. I was lucky to find AZURE as my experience there since day one has been beyond great. The leasing process was a breeze, the office crew is friendly and professional. My unit was ready when it was supposed to be, it was clean, fresh, inviting. When I got the keys and went to walk my apartment there was the cleaning company Busy Bees Cleaning Services, making sure my apartment was looking great and smelling nice, I even had the opportunity to exchange a few words of encouragement with them as it was a very cold day to be cleaning (or moving in in my case) and they were very humble and professional, they also mentioned that they have been housekeeping vendors there for a few years and love working with Devonshire Mana

I see a lot of bad reviews and I just wanted to give my review. THIS COMPLEX IS A RELLY GOOD ONE. I have been living here with my two years old son since he was born, the two years I have been living here are really good. Just would like to say about the office staff that Frank is a really good property manager, He is always: kind, polite, professional and helpful. He tried to understand any concerns you have. And Gwen I don’t talk to her that much but the times I had talked to her she is really nice, kind and professional too. They both are really good for the complex. With maintenance requests usually get it done the same day or the day after, and the two people in the maintenance staff are super nice, and friendly. This is a nice place to live. I just wanted to take a moment to express how happy I am with Gwen and her amazing team at Azure Urban. Recently, I was really concerned about the state of the community. There were lots of cars in the parking lot being worked on, people gathering outside drinking, loud music playing, and trash everywhere—it just didn’t feel like a safe or pleasant place to stay. I was genuinely ready to move out. But thanks to Gwen and her team’s hard work, everything has turned around! The community is now back to being a quiet, clean, and safe place to live. I truly appreciate the effort they’ve put in to restore the sense of peace here. A huge shout-out to the Azure Urban team for their dedication and commitment.
