Azure at Hacienda Lakes - Estate Collection

This development is so perfect I purchased 2 homes. Toll Brothers has been professional and followed through on everything. Highly recommend. From Angela, Laura and Mary in sales to Jordan and Tommy in construction - first class. I would purchase from Toll Brothers again without exception…..especially if this team was involved!

Toll Brothers built me a new home 2 years ago. This turned into one of the worst experiences of my life. Most of their employees are unprofessional, exhibit poor judgement and are lacking basic knowledge in home building. They are nice in the beginning but as soon as you close everything changes. Post closing there were many issues involving the building of the home including the pool and deck. I found myself calling the constructions managers but they were usually not very helpful. Most of the time they blamed their own sub-contractors and their own senior manager. What a joke. I started calling the person in charge locally but this person responded more slowly and was never of any help. A total empty suit. I then stared calling his boss and at least received a call back. Homes more modern style than most in Naples new builds. You are told to walk through by yourself because only two people on staff so I waited even after making an online appointment. Agent I had was very nice. Think for the size and location they are a bit high. Also standard colors are browns and any color changes are upgrades. Neighborhood around doesn't offer much outside the gates and 30 minutes from downtown or beaches. Club house very nice though.

After 3 months of water intrusion inside my garage and numerous commitments by Toll Bros. construction management to resolve the issue I was told the problem had been solved by caulking the shed over the garage door. I was unable to verify the work had been done, so being skeptical I hired one of Toll Bros. subcontractors to inspect the shed. It had not been caulked as represented to me by Toll Bros. I paid to have the job done. After living here for 2 1/2 years, this is not the first time that I have been given false or misleading statements by Toll Bros. It is not uncommon for them to ignore, disregard, or totally misrepresent the truth of the matter. They are NOT to be trusted!!!!!
