Azul Luxury Residences

The apartments are gorgeous, new and the ability to walk to downtown is awesome. If you’re young, you can’t beat the price to live downtown. Justin takes care of everything, and Robin in maintenance takes care of everything super quickly. We’ve never had any issues and absolutely love being able to live close to all the night life and restaurants.

We have had 3 apartments here. Cant beat the location. Priced very fairly for a downtown area. Super high ceilings and very spacious units. Friendly neighbors. Justin down in the office has always been super kind and helpful. Robin is super quick and does great work here in maintenance. Definitely recommend. Best spot in Stuart.

We applied to Azul Property, were approved, and signed a lease. Five days later, they canceled the lease, denied us the unit, and said a refund would be issued to our card. No refund has been received. They do not answer calls, and when we visited in person, no staff were on site. This place is terrible. It is unfortunate that the property has such a great location, but a terrible landlord to go with it.

I toured Azul Luxury Residences a while ago, and I really liked the pool and how well the place is kept. The community feels clean, modern, and safe. Plus, it’s in a great spot—you can easily walk downtown for food and fun, which I loved. The staff was super friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. I ended up choosing another property they recommended because the layout fit what I was looking for better, but I’d definitely recommend Azul to anyone looking for a nice place with great amenities and a convenient location.

I am compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the property management at Azul Luxury Apartments. Contrary to its luxury branding, the complex fails to deliver on its promises. Essential maintenance is severely lacking, with numerous facilities perpetually out of order and basic services frequently unavailable. Management's response to repair requests is either delayed or nonexistent, forcing residents to cope with substandard conditions. This mismanagement significantly diminishes the living experience and falls short of any luxury standards. I would strongly advise potential renters to look elsewhere.
