My family and I lived here from March 2023 to October 2025, and we loved our time. The rent was very reasonable for the area. The property is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The manager was always nice and made sure the complex ran smoothly, which we really appreciated. Maintenance was excellent. Tony was always friendly, professional, and quick to fix any issues. The community is family-friendly, and we always felt safe. Overall, our family had a wonderful experience. If I wasn’t moving due to work, we would have happily stayed longer.

Azul apartment residents have been without hot water since Saturday. No notices or letters given to residents that acknowledges the issue. Property Manager avoiding answering calls. Residents having to leave their homes to go else where to take showers. Children unable to bathe. To the tenants reading this know your rights. This falls Under California Civil Code 1941.1. Hopefully the manager at some points sends out notices addressing the issue offers a timeline of when hot water will be restored and offer rent deduction. We are entering 4 days without hot water.

The worst apartments ever. Never clean always dirty. The hallways and elevators full of trash and food. Property manager says no new pets allowed however there are 2 new residents in different units who have only been here less than 6 months who snuck dogs in and they pee and crap everywhere. She in competent There are units over capacity. 10 people living in apartments loud music playing in the morning and at night . The other views about her being discriminating against other are all true. Please replace her already.

Living here is the worst choice you can make, the administrator is not aware of who lives and how many people live in an apartment, I am Latina but they have never had a complaint about me, for a while now she only rents to Latinos especially Colombians and 10 or 15 people live in an apartment, can you imagine having 15 people on top, next to, in front or below you? In some apartments where you breathe and they listen to you, they drink liquor in the pool, fix their cars in the parking lots, they don't respect the noise rules after 10 at night they smoke a lot in the apartments, the smell of marijuana and cigarettes is disgusting, I have lived here for years but it is really uninhabitable. Please, for your peace and quiet, don't come and live here.

Talk about closet space!! Come on peeps, you know this is a thing. The pool was beautiful. I like how a lot of the apartments have the view of the pool area. So refreshing. The gym and laundry room smelled nice and was clean.
