Outside perspective, I've been delivering mail here for just over five months now. I've only had positive interactions with both residents and staff. Maintenance keeps the grounds looking immaculate, the property is close to a major attraction and the neighborhood is definitely up and coming. Highly recommend talking with the office staff and setting up a tour.

I felt it necessary to address multiple reviews about my home here at Aztec Villa. I have lived here for 3.5 years now and the changes since I first moved onsite are absolutely felt across the property. I used to have so many issues with my paperwork and it was a nightmare, I would literally get anxiety just thinking about it. But Jamie Valencia has been nothing but a savior to what used to be the worst experience here at Aztec. I cant say thank you enough to Jamie for all the help that she has provided. I also need to give a shout out to Daisy. She's always one to greet with a smile and is exceptional when it comes to answering my many questions! Andrea gave an excellent tour! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I really appreciated her clear answers and welcoming attitude. Highly recommend touring with her!

Aztec Villa Apartments has been a great experience so far—clean, quiet community, and Andrea the leasing agent was amazing: friendly, patient, and made the whole move-in process super easy.

That needs to have LIGHTS in back of the APARTMENTS it’s too dangerous for somebody taking DOGS outside at night dark time could have attack neighbors while taking dogs outside for a potty. I have complain to managers for not dong what I told them to do and I also show them where is the LAMPS POST are. They have contacted XCEL didn’t come and replace the BULBS or fix it. I’ve been living here for 22 years and 4 months.
