Azlewood Apartments

We are in a one bedroom, the bedroom is roomy, the dining area is nice, the kitchen is roomy but it has very little storage for pots, pans and canned goods. The living room is a ok ish, we like the patio. We do like the quiet environment and management is friendly and stays on top of things. The maintenance things running good, pool clean, and the grounds clean!

Amazing apartment complex, super friendly and welcoming and just good hearted people in the office, Elizabeth in the office is a very nice friendly respectful woman, always willing to help out and go the extra mile for tenants, and the maintenance man is very helpful and super fast in response to/if any issues. Good warm welcoming place we call home. All around we are super satisfied with everything here, no complaints and highly recommend this complex for future potential residents. Thanks, David Ripley

Just moved in over a month ago and I'm very pleased with the property. Very quiet community here and the residents are very nice and welcoming. Elizabeth in the office is so helpful and warm and welcoming, and the maintenance guy helped us right away. Overall a great little property to call home.

My sister lived there for a time and her apartment was CONSTANTLY getting infested with roaches from her neighbors. They would climb in through her drains and she had to keep her food in tubs and was always cleaning everything with bleach trying to make sure everything stayed spotless to keep them from coming in. They still managed to come through no matter how many roach bombs or treatments or cleanings. Pest control was called and they would do a sad job at spraying and would then try and gaslight her into thinking the roaches came in through her cereal boxes. WHAT?? Not to mention you could NEVER get the nasty cigarette smoke smell out of her apartment. We bought her air purifiers and washed and cleaned all we could think of. They came through and cleaned the air vents and her house and

I’ve had multiple problems with trying to communicate with the leasing manager Daniel. When I first drove down from Louisiana because I was told my apartment was move in ready to only find out it had been rented to someone else and had to wait for them to paint and clean a different apartment. The paint had hair stuck to wall and looked as if someone had literally lived there the day before. Just after the first disappointment barley a month later My downstairs neighbor is harassing me about my two children(30lbs) walking around my apartment At 9:58pm. Who puts small children upstairs anyways? They are only here 15 days out of the month. When the first incident happened I offered to move apartments because I already did everything I could to avoid the problem(rug on the floor, slippers).
