I met Azam mid 2020 while I was looking to buy a condo in sudden valley. She lied about the property condition, recommended a inspection that agreed with her, and I believed them. Three months after the purchase was finalized she recommended me a contractor, David Jordan, to remove the previous owner belongs and do the remodeling. Mr. Jordan took advantage of a working trip I took -where he was supposed to finish the renovation- and left with my money and the house in a worse condition than I got. Lied about many things, from beginning through post-move out withholding of my deposit. Her contractors seemed to be overcharging since the landlord is out of state - I learned this because owner wasn’t supposed to deal directly with tenant, but called me because of lack of trust in Azam. Awkward. If Azam wants to deny this, I’ll post pics of emails as proof.

Azam Nadar is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever connected with while looking for new housing. She blamed her faults on me. She has no idea how to use email. She will screw you over, I can promise that. She has no concern for her tenants’ wellbeings or financial situations. She is extremely rude and swore at me over the phone simply for bringing up my concerns with her reviews. I have no doubt all of these reviews are completely true. She is a liar and a scammer and I’m not sure she’s even a legit landlord. The whole thing was really shady. She performs illegal practices and doesn’t gather rent in a legal manner, expecting you to pay rent 2 days before the end of the month despite legally having to give a 5-day leeway.
