Current resident. Comfortable apartments, new. Noise levels are pretty good, people tend to be respectful of quiet hours overall. Haven't had any noise problems in the few months we've been here. Property & Parking: Some handicap availability, covered parking for resident and uncovered parking for residents/guests. Gym, playground, pool, dog park, pickleball and half court basketball are all well maintained. Management & Maintenance: Friendly, approachable staff throughout. There are food trucks and community events throughout the month, every month. Haven't needed maintenance, but it's easy to get in contact with them if needed. No problems yet! Definitely enjoy living here. Just be aware that Saratoga and Weber can get busy, so plan accordingly. Other than that, great locati

My partner and I just moved in this month and so far we are loving it. We have no complaints. It’s very peaceful, the leasing agents were great, and we have been treated with respect. Will probably update this review with pics just to show the great conditions of these apartments. I love this place ❤️.

The office employees like Jessica are upbeat, polite, and superb listeners from the minute you are engaged by walking into their space until departure :-)) Marissa and Lauren are truly an amazing leadership team!! This property is absolutely stunning 🤩! The location is perfect with quick freeway access, which makes my husband’s commute so convenient. Jessica was amazing - she made the entire process quick and easy while really understanding what we needed 🫶🏻. The community feels so kind and welcoming, and everything is kept clean and elegant. Couldn’t be happier!

Overpriced, but the manager is a badass, she runs a tight ship! If she knows about it, it gets fixed rapidly!!! Quiet apartments for the most part, just a little overpriced( imo) as I said. There is a great dog park, plenty of parking. If it is in your price range I would recommend, just know one bedroom apps are tiny.
