Azalea Square by Century Communities

We lived here for almost a year and having our new home which no one else has lived in has been quite a smile for us. We so enjoy hearing the children outside playing watching neighbors walk their dogs and some walking their children strollers Etc but we do have construction going on it doesn't change the fact how beautiful our neighborhood is and our homes well built. I just wish we had more lighting and more curb appeal with flowers and things like that but we can do that ourselves as well. It seems to be a quiet neighborhood which we like and we we feel will be here for a long time to come

Do yourself a favor and don't buy a home from here. Biggest waste of money buying a home here. 90% are rentals and the neighborhood looks dirty.

Buying this house has been one of the worst decisions of my life. There is absolutely no phone service for Verizon and ATT has consistently done nothing to fix the WiFi. Lived here since August 1 and I may as well live in the desert because it’s literally impossible to get any internet and Century does nothing to provide other internet providers or put pressure on ATT to actually serve their customers… DO NOT MOVE HERE…. YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Very stale, impersonal energy and no life whatsoever outdoors. Definitely not a place to buy a primary residence. 90% rentals.
