Azalea Place Apartments

I love living at Azalea Place Apartments. All the moms watch for each others kids. It’s a great sense of community. They have a big green grassy area for the kids to play in with these awesome artsy hand shaped chairs. My girls love it. Management is great and really care for their residents. They recently threw a birthday party for a man who’s almost 100! Through Covid the management has helped collect food and given out school lunches. During the school year they have free ESL Classes and after school tutoring and during the summers they have summer camp for the kids.

Great apts very convenient to many places Marta station 3 blocks, QT WALGREENS MCDONALD'S RESTAURANTS ALMOST EVERY THING WALKING DISTANCE, BUT THE APTS ARE BIT OLD MANAGEMENT NOT TO HELP FULL LOCK OF HELP MOST TIMES

Property manager has some serious anger and ego issues. You would expect someone that represents a company or group of people to be professional, not rude and disrespectful. If you hate your job that much you should probably go find a new one! Everyone's got one to do! 😊

I’ve seen rats roaming the parking lot on several occasions. I’ve also interacted with the manager Lonnie once and she isn’t helpful. Renters beware!

Stopped by for info. Apartments are located in a great spot. Convenient to everything you want. The manager at the desk Lonnie was awesome. She had answers to every question plus some.
