I recently signed my 3rd year lease. Overall, it’s a convenient place to live. I can’t comment on the amenities since I don’t use them. I’m elderly and very quiet. There are a few concerns that are bothersome which can easily happen with such transiency, both with tenants and management. Property managers have had several changes in the little over 2 yrs I have been living here. In fact, several months have, at times, passed without a manager for the property, leaving all the responsibility to one assistant property manager and the ancillary staff. Those who have worked as leasing agents have, overall, been good. Where to begin? so much wrong going on with this place. Every month the office comes up with a reason to enter your apartment. First it was "monthly maintenance inspection" now its a fire door inspection, "pets must be secure" which means they want me to lock my friendly dog in a bedroom for the day. I feel unsafe to even take a shower with maintenance just barging in anytime they want. The grounds of the apartment complex need more maintenance than my unit. Dead garden beds, the dog park is just all dirt and dog poop (my dog wont even go in) trash all over the parking lots. mold in the hallways. smelly moldy stained carpets in the hallways. They also go around sticking huge orange stickers to your vehicles threating to tow them if you go one day past your registration. I feel to uncomfort
