It's a good building. The mail system is great. The sharing area is getting updated in October 2025. There are 3 elevators, a docking area, and staff to receive visitors. Yeah, some stuff can be annoying, like loud music on weekends, SAP events that make it hard to get home, food smells from other apartments, windows only getting cleaned once a year, and if you cook a lot and need space, the kitchen storage could be an issue.

Tony, our General Manager, is undoubtedly the heart and soul of AXIS. His dedication and work ethic go above and beyond what anyone could expect. Whether it’s a water leak in the middle of the night or a no-show from security staff, Tony steps in without hesitation. Most people would call a plumber or delegate the work, but Tony takes personal responsibility as if AXIS were his own. When security fails to show up, Tony doesn’t think twice about covering the graveyard shift, staying up from midnight to 7 a.m., ensuring the building runs smoothly and safely. His commitment doesn’t end with his office hours—Tony responds to emails and handles issues at all hours, making himself available almost 24/7. Despite facing countless challenges, Tony handles them with resilience and professionalism.

Two times: Never got a call back! I wanted to see the Penthouse ( when the building was new) but the rep was more concerned about the type of job I had... when if the tables had been turned, I wouldn't know if the possible client was a lottery winner, stock market investor or what. Nevertheless, I think it's worthwhile taking time to see what's available. Since, some of the views, depending on the floor, are breathtaking.
