I rented with axis for 2 years. Loved my apartment. They never really upped the rent too bad. The maintenance was always quick fast and easy to get ahold of. Whenever I had an issue the manager was always available. Move out was easy. I cleaned top to bottom and did some patch work of holes. Hired my own carpet cleaner professionally and got maybe 90 bucks off my deposit so ended up getting about 97% of my deposit back! Highly recommend renting thru them!

I like these apartments, incredibly affordable, the fireplace is nice and the built in shelves are beautiful. We moved in 1 day after the previous tenants, we understood things wouldn’t be fully functioning there was no inspection after they moved out, so far we’ve needed a dryer, new fireplace parts, shelves, carpet, and painted walls. Wanda, the landlord and Chase (the maintenance guy) have gotten things up to date and replaced very quick and efficiently. I’m glad we found this place.

I rented a unit in the Old Orchard community after viewing it with one of their leasing specialists, who I had a great experience apartment hunting with. The units were incredibly spacious and in a central area, and I was really excited to move in. Unfortunately, my excitement died off pretty quickly. I spent the first three weeks in the apartment deep cleaning it, as the building managers had failed to do so prior to my scheduled move-in date. The “professionally cleaned” carpets had an excess of pet hair and dirt in/on them, and when I cleaned them myself (multiple times) with my own shampooer I was continuously pulling dark, gray/brown/yellow water. The hard surface tiled floors pulled the same dark water when I mopped them. The floors under the appliances looked as though they’d not

Yeah, these are very professional people that are ready for business very friendly very quick replies from them very open communication. Seems like all the staff is on the same page. They’re doing wonderful things. You know this is wonderful people to do business with here in the Fargo Moorhead area, I will definitely check them out if you’re looking for a apartment or rental of any sort Just tell them what you’re looking for and your budget. There definitely will do everything in their power to find you something nice. definitely made my experience seamless. Thank you.

Madison Stevens helped us find out apartment and let me just start by saying this: WOW. Madison is the epitome of work ethic, caring, and diligence. From start to finish she always answered her phone, and was consistently sending us new apartments to look at. Madison should be cherished by her agency because wow is she amazing at what she does. If any friends or family ever shop apartments…I know exactly who I’m sending them to. 10/10
