Axis At 739 Apartments

Please stay away from this apartment for your own good. The management has become unprofessional over the past one year. Since the previous property manager, Sanela left the company everything went from bad to worse. The current property manager, Jasmina is not efficient and have screwed up a lot of things. When the residents turn up to her to seek help and solution on certain issues, she seems to be clueless.

I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service and experience I have had thus far at your apartments. The staff has been incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that I am comfortable and enjoying my stay. Moreover, I have been very impressed with the cleanliness and overall safety of the premises. It is apparent that the management has put in a great deal of effort to keep the community attractive, well-maintained, and safe. They are doing an amazing job! Thank you for making me feel welcomed, and for making this such a great place to call home.

I've been living at axis for a year and just renewed my lease to stay. We love it here! This place is perfect for young adults. We love the location, its perfect for our lifestyles. We are super close to the freeways (literally a block) and also walking distance to the TRAX. Our apartment is in the corner of the building so I have huge beautiful windows outlooking the mountains and downtown Salt Lake. We have a modern kitchen with hard wood floors. Were always getting compliments on the appearance of the place! Also, the management here is rad. Leslie is always so kind and doing everything she can to accommodate and help us. My boys and I have been at Axis for almost 3 years and have loved it! The location is great, the amenities and features are excellent, and our apartment is spacious and well appointed. Additionally, the management is fantastic--Kiki is friendly, helpful, and always available. She and her team are constantly looking for ways to improve the atmosphere and experience for the tenants. If you're looking for great downtown living in the Granary district, Axis is the place!

We've lived here for 4 years and love it. Honestly the bad reviews were from a long time ago when we had different property managers. Kathleen is amazing and takes very good care of us here at Axis. I've never had neighbor issues ot noise complaints. The maintenance guy is great as well and keeps our apartment as well as the building well maintained. All in all, it's a perfect location and fun place to live. We get compliments on how nice our apartment is all the time.
