AXIS 360

I have been living at Axis for a year now, and I am planning to renew my lease. It is a perfect place to live—very clean and well organized. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team responds very quickly and works efficiently. The location is excellent, less than five minutes drive from UB South Campus, making it an ideal place for students. They also host student gatherings and celebrations, which creates a great community atmosphere. I am truly very happy living at Axis.

After living here for 3 years and still planning to live here for another, I can safely say that I am so happy with my choice. The buildings are always clean and the staff is constantly readily available. Amr specifically is my leasing consultant and helps me remember to sign my papers. He also works at the front desk and is always a happy soul whenever I see him. He is always smiling and just radiates positive energy. I would 100% recommend living here.

Have been to and stayed at Axis 360 for many nights. The amenities such as the recreational center and gym are always well kept after and clean. Have spoken to the workers on many occasions, always extremely pleasant. Amr at the front desk worked with me on finding a missing package and helped one my friends with a water problem, treating it with urgency which I really appreciated. Overall, a very nice residential complex, made better by a friendly staff like Amr.

Lived here during my entire junior year and have to say it's one of the pretty good reliable apartment buildings I've lived in. 1) Fastest internet I've had in any apartment with no downtime. I believe the speeds were around 300-500 Mbps download/upload on Ethernet. (This apartment has Ethernet thank god) 2) The gym is pretty decent and going late hours has proved to be the best. 3) Barely had to call maintenance for anything since everything was fine. 4) Emailing Axis360 brought the fastest response time and I feel like when they say they will do something they will do it. Most just say it and then give a big "nah i'll do it later" approach. Downsides: - This is in South Buffalo. If your classes are in South this apartment benefits you. If not, you will have to drive 15 min to North,

This is the best place. The people are friendly, the place is clean and modern, and the amenities are exceptional. The gym is all new and work out. There’s a games room and a projector! Studying rooms! I never want to leave this place! Shout out to Nick, Matteo, and Big Al. You make Axis 360 a home.
