Axial Buckhead

Extremely disappointed with the condition of the apartment we moved into. It's been 7 days and none of the major issues have been resolved. The apartment was not cleaned before handover—there were cobwebs, roaches, and an overall unhygienic environment. Major appliances like the dishwasher, washing machine, and bathroom tap were broken from day one. Someone came to "fix" the dishwasher but installed a broken one that doesn’t even fit in the space—it falls out when you try to open it. We also emailed the maintenance team on August 25th and still haven’t received a response. No follow-up, no accountability, just empty promises. No one responds to email even if you send any. Totally unacceptable experience. If this is how new tenants are treated, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with AXIAL Buckhead. Khrýsten did an absolutely amazing job! She took her time with us, showed true Southern hospitality, and made sure we found exactly what we needed. She helped us get into the right price point and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself was wonderful and beautifully designed to fit our needs. The amenities at the property were outstanding, and the location is perfect. Khrýsten went above and beyond showing us the apartment we wanted, and because of her dedication and kindness, we are now happily filling out our application to become future residents. Alexis and Canecia are superstars!! They were so considerate and listened to all my apartment needs. I was greeted with a smile and respect and I was able to tour multiple apartments with ease. The property is clean, the neighbors were friendly as I toured and I was able to take my time to see all the amenities that this beautifully kept up property had to offer. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends or colleagues that are interested in moving to the Buckhead area. Thanks Axial 😎

Moved in just 3 days ago and already regret it. The apartment was dirty on arrival, with roaches, spider webs, and broken fixtures (including a non-working dishwasher and smart hub). I’ve reported everything and even emailed management, but no response. Please don’t be misled by the glowing reviews they push before you even move in.

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. We lived here for a year and half and ended up cancelling our lease. The first year little issues (1bed/1bath), we moved to a different unit for more space (2bed/2bath) and had the worst experience. Day of move in the unit was 88 degrees, AC was not working, never truly did work. Submitted more than 10 request to fix this which it never actually was. Leasing office blamed it on the building being older and no real solution. 2bed/2bath unit had no microwave, we weren't notified, and we had to buy our own. We were told to submit this receipt, nothing happened. GA Power bill went as high as $600+ a month, no solution again. Complaint after complaint went unanswered until I said we wanted to cancel the lease, now there magically came the option of switching to a d
