I employ Award Reality to manage my rental properties. The properties I own are houses renters will call home. I have let Robert know that I want my renters to feel good about the homes Award Reality and I provide for them. When it comes to a minor repair, he lets me know after the fact what he did to correct a problem. As for major repairs I have always agreed with his assessment and correction of any issues. It costs him nothing to provide a quality living environment, and it means a lot to me to be able to provide one.

Robert and Nicole were outstanding with making sure that we always had what we needed. They were able to get us into a rental house for several years and was very warm and welcoming. Also, the ladies at the front desk are always so helpful if anyone is not available. They will assist you right away. It's unfortunate that our lease is up because we had such an amazing experience with everyone here. You all are amazing. Thank you for being a blessing to our family! :)

Do not trust Kristine Murray. She was my buyer's agent in 2017. Sold me a defective condo with mold. Inspector looked the other way. Was displaced seven months after movein and have been paying mortgage and HOAs ever since. Ongoing litigation. Don't let this happen to you.
