Their business structure provided us with a tremendous upgrade to the property they purchased. From our first meeting to the closing was a very transparent and pleasant experience.

AVS Homebuyers LLC helped a difficult decision to sell very simple and they handled it professionally. Made a fair offer, no pressure placed on us and overall treated us respectfully. From the date of our first meeting to closing on the house was about 1 week. Trey and the crew were great to work with and made this difficult process super simple and hassle free. AVS rep Trey was straight forward with his plan concerning my property. Our agreed price was fair to both parties and his promises (in writing) were spot-on (AVS covered all expenses minus my pro rated property tax). The law firm AVS utilized to represent both sides of the sale was exceptional, answering all of my concerns and gathering paperwork from necessary agencies.
