Instantly fell for a pic of a Mercedes at Birmingham Automotive. For an iconic car I thought would be unattainable.. the price was more than reasonable~ miles are half of what should have been for a 2014~ car is in pristine condition *and* operates flawlessly. Could you even ask for anything more?! Lol Found pic online that AM~ had a 2 hr drive and Tim made accommodations to meet with me *same day* Tim arranged and got the financing all in order. Tim is genuine and ensured everything was taken care of and went smoothly. Thrilled every. single. time. I step into my new vehicle. Highly recommend purchasing a car from Tim!! TRULY Thankful.

I cannot say enough good things about Tim, Lance, and the rest of the staff at Birmingham Automotive. My wife and I (along with our 5 week old son) were driving on I-80 from Detroit to Pittsburgh for a wedding when I noticed our engine temperature rose significantly within a matter of seconds. Due to the construction on I-80 there was no shoulder open or rest stop/gas station nearby to evaluate the cause. My wife looked up local garages around the area that might be able to help. Bought a vehicle from this business didn’t think I had a chance with my credit but got it at a real good price!!! Tim is a far and honest man was a pleasure buying a vehicle from him. Going to tell friends and neighbors next time they are looking to give Tim a try. The sales staff was more than helpful in assisting me with the purchase of my first car. They were not pushy or rude, just very honest and helpful. Travis smiley himself sold me the car and I owe all my gratitude towards him. In addition the mechanics there always do a great job while performing my oil changes and other routine maintenance. All and all I highly highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a vehicle !!!!

Thanks to Lance, I'm now in a 2004 Chrysler Sebring. He was very helpful and professional. Tim the owner also took care of us to make sure we got the best deal.
