Be careful this apartment when u move out they will take your deposit and and change more money. Office ladies are nice but those doing this are setting some other states.

We moved my mother in here 6 month's ago, she has had no complaints. The staff has been wonderful, Jalee and Khloee are both so sweet. The floor plan we chose is much bigger than others in the area, we looked at. We have been happy with the activities, and there has been several fun events. If you’re on the fence, go ahead and make the jump.

I love the team at Avia! They are so kind to my family member who has lived there for a year now. The team is very organized, compassionate and the property is clean. I really enjoy seeing what activities they do each month.
