Thrilled I found my new apartment. Leasing agent Mo was fantastic snd worked with me until I found everything I wanted in an apartment. The leasing manager Amanda also went above and beyond. They are a great team! Apartments are in a convenient location and affordable.

I wasn’t even gonna comment on this apartment as it is a very cheap complex so my standards were never that high but I didn’t expect it to be this bad The entire apartment is disgusting on the outside with a very low standard inside. Obviously the bar was low as far as interior design. Even the basics. Crappy paint job, water gets turned off twice a week, you don’t get a light or ceiling fan in your room but they have the nerve to keep the light switch there. But hey, rent is cheap so I guess it’s acceptable to have the insides looking like a trap house Initially, the application process was a mess as well but I forgive and forget. I will not specifically exploit anyone so to keep a long story short a VERY lousy job is being done in the office as far as staff. I walk my dogs multiple times

This place is the WORSE no one answers the phone and when you walk into office and tell staff about an issue they said you have to use the resident portal even though you are telling them about the issue. I have made dozens of work orders in the past and not a single one have been fulfilled.i went in today and the guy that was in the office asked if I needed any assistance and when I told him what the issues was he told me he couldn’t help me because he was on lunch even though he asked what I needed.BAD ATTITUDE.no one in the office are there to help to residents but yet when rent is coming due they are sending several alerts. But when residents need some work done they don’t care.i have spoken with our residents and they have experienced the same issues

The level of customer service I received from the leasing consultant Estefany was unmatched. It is the same level of service you would expect from the owner or manager of the property. I wouldn't lease an apartment from anyone else.

My relative lives at these apartments and is always having plumbing issues, never seems to get resolved. Today I went for a visit and 2 separate dumpster areas were overflowing with trash. There were mattresses and old furniture piled around the dumpsters, trash bags all over the parking lot, the wind was blowing the trash everywhere and with the humidity, the whole area smelled like garbage. I dont like that my relative lives here and wished management would do better to keep things nice. Also the parking lot is full of pot holes and the complex makes it difficult for visitors to use parking. The designated visitors parking is lacking spots and these few spots are being used by shipping containers.
