Avita Alamo Heights Apartments

Moving into this apartment complex has been such a smooth and pleasant experience! From the very beginning, the leasing office was responsive, helpful, and clear about every step of the process. The staff made me feel welcome right away and took the time to walk me through the community and all of the amenities. My apartment was clean and move-in ready, and any small questions I had were handled quickly and professionally. I also really appreciate the convenient parking and the overall organization on move-in day—it made everything stress-free. Overall, I’m very happy with my decision to move here. Great team, great environment, and a great start to a new home!

It’s only been two months but so far I love living at Avita Alamo Heights! The community is peaceful and well-maintained. The parking garage is a huge plus, it’s spacious, and I never have trouble finding a spot. The front office staff is another major highlight. Jennifer is one of the kindest people I’ve ever come across , she went above and beyond to help me find my lost car keys that had fallen in the parking garage. I was so relieved when a fellow neighbor turned them in, and Jennifer made sure they were safely returned to me. I’ve only needed maintenance once, and they responded promptly and took care of everything quickly. Overall, it’s been a wonderful experience living here.

I would rate this place 0 stars, not even 1. Before moving in, they showed us a house that was completely clean and well maintained. At move-in, we were told the unit had been fully cleaned and washed. That turned out to be completely false. We moved in two months ago and had to deep-clean the entire house twice ourselves. From day one, the house was infested with roaches. We complained multiple times, and every time they said a pest control work order was created. Despite that, the roach problem only got worse over the last two months. Now, instead of fixing the issue, they are blaming a previous tenant and claiming someone “brought roaches,” which is unacceptable and unprofessional. Once upon a time, this place was a 5 star apartment complex. It is not any longer. I am limited on how long my post can be, so main issues are: -Our car was broken into, and it was over $500 to replace the window. The cameras worked then, so maintenance was able to get me video footage for the detective. There was zero empathy or apology from the complex. The cameras, FYI, no longer work and we were told from the front office that corporate will not approve for them to be repaired. There have been more car break ins since then. -We had bugs getting into the apartment from the patio door. The lining had to be replaced. After a month, I checked in, and they couldn't find the ticket. They said it didn't exist. I asked for a printout of all my tickets from within the time frame I'd op

I stopped by today to pick up our packages. When I returned to my apartment, I realized that the 2 I picked up had been shown to be delivered in our parcel lockers and the 2 packages that tracking showed had been delivered to the front office were not included. So I went back. The receptionist was helping someone, and 2 more people were waiting. We are very frustrated with the front office for many other reasons, so after sitting there a few minutes, I realized I had already been down there for this same request, so I shouldn't have to wait in line for every one else to be helped, so I tell the girl that 2 packages were left out. She stares at me for a few seconds, then says she will be with me in a few seconds. When she's done helping the potential residents, she goes to the other 2
