If I could give 0 stars I would. As you can see, they’re bribing people to post 5 star reviews to receive their new move in special. Almost all of the “good” reviews are people who haven’t even lived here yet. These people are CROOKS!!!! BEWARE! I had to break my lease in February 2021 due to a very dangerous stalker who broke into my home. Per FHA guidelines, they had to let me out of my lease without penalty, which they tried everything in their power not to do. When they realized they had to follow the law, they finally let me out & I followed the procedure strictly. Signed the paperwork & paid my remaining balance (I have a receipt and email proof). I mean yeah it’s affordable but when you shell out HUNDREDS in pest repellant because even though we pay for pest control I’ve only seen them one time. The roach problem is out of control but they let people with young kids live here. The cat problem is out of hand and don’t seem to care when people leave food out for the stray cats. There are cracks in the concrete on the balcony to the point I can’t let my kid play outside, not to mention the cracks in the walls. I’ve had calls in for things for months and they haven’t been addressed or if they have they’ve been closed with no one coming to fix the issue. I highly recommend these apartments as my experience here was great. Office was always helpful and the property is always clean as well. Any time I have a maintenance issue, they always respond quickly and do great work!

I visited the Avistar on the hills, it was a very clean property. The floor plans were spacious with a very reasonable rate, you really can't beat the price. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and spacious home.

Went by to check out the property at first I’m the thinking it’s like all the others on Callaghan but it was clean the floor plans were spacious and the price it’s hard to beat the exterior had no trash I toured with Bianca she had knowledge of the property and the manager Connie was very welcoming.
