After calling this place home for four years under the Management of Gwendolyn, whom was extraordinary. New Management, Jackie is terrible she always has an attitude, if you don't speak Spanish your not taken serious nor are your concerns vauled. Contacting the corporate office is a complete joke as they only care for their employees. Maintenance became undependable, mold was in our AC unit, pet stations never have bags and the trash can bottoms to dispose of dog waste are missing so the property is full of pet waste. Whenever it rains hard the entire property flood with water. The sewage pipeline leaks waste matter into the parking lot and the hot water boiler is always down. Lights turn off once a month and they don’t fix lots of things. So if u live here unit 5 and 6s transformer go out once a a month and we are left w a sorry i dont know when, also to add on, all the surrounding apartments including us, get our mailboxes busted open its not the apts fault obviously, but having all our personal mail and packages stolen is a problem here so we pick it up from the office, they have tried to fix it multiple times but ppl keep busting it open like all of them. Roaches r a big thing too, if ur neighbor doesn’t fix they’re roach problem then u won’t be able to get rid of them either. Water is very expensive here, we all split it and $200 for water in a apt is crazy because i know that there r alot of people in these apts that have way more people that should be liv

Really enjoy living here. Neighbors are very friendly, no hostility between each other. Carol the manager here is very reasonable and the maintenance team here is super responsive. It’s a pretty small community so parking is always available. Love being right next to a grocery store for the super convenience. AND, the AC actually works here! I been here 6 months and haven’t seen a single roach or pest or anything, I came from a place that had constant break ins and robberies, over here I can sleep like a baby.

Please comply with office hours at 10 am, nobody is here at 4 am, they already leave where the mail goes, they damage six months ago and they do not work, even the pool looks like a swamp, so green that it is at least complying with office hours, which always works.

I've lived here for four months now. I have got to say I love the staff. They are very attentive and always available when needed. From the moment I have applied here it's been an amazing experience. The area is very well kept. Security available at night. Maintenance is amazing comes quick and does a great and fast job in repairs. Space and prices for the apartments are a great catch. i have been blessed with the opportunity to provide my children a home and the people at briar creek from manager to maintenance are just so amazing, and I'm glad to have such awesome people to help give us the homely experience we deserve.
