Avistar at the Oaks

I lived here since February 2025 and I have never seen this type of apts not take care of their property raccoons are inside the walls possums are inside the walls they chew through the ceiling there's water damage in the units building shifting they don't want to fix nothing they say they don't have the money to fix anything it's just a sad experience there's mold . this place is just a health situation. Just sad and when you go and talk to the office people they have a attitude with you too when you try to be cool .

This place is just sad. The pictures online are not even close to reality. The paint is falling off, there's black stuff all over the roofs and walls, mattresses have been dumped and left by the dumpsters, the stair rails are covered in what appears to be mold, there are cars that haven't moved in months, and the security gate appears to not have moved in years. I felt unsafe just driving around.

I had a great experience touring this apartment complex! The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and has so many great amenities, but what really stood out was the service I received. Erica, who assisted me was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions, making sure I felt comfortable and informed about everything. Good place to live if you like roaches because they are everywhere. Do not rent here. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful. The ac gives out when you need it the most and the place is falling apart. I cannot wait till my lease is up and I can get away from here. Going on day 3 with no hot water and they have told since day 1.

Good place to live if you are getting your first apartment. Staff is friendly and meets their tenants needs. Pool needs more shaded areas, the heat is blazing and when going to the pool they have no shade areas for tenants to stay cool. Flooring at the pool is rough and hurts feet, burning hot coming in and out of the pool with no shade area. Also no covered parking for tenants. Overall, you get what you pay for, offers no amenities but a quiet and good place to call home.
