Avion Apartments

Lacey and Kaila were awesome! I felt so welcomed time I set foot in the office for a tour! I already feel like I am at home. The apartment and area is nice! Fast forward a few hours after I left. I was having a few issues with the application. Lacey told me to come back and she would help me through it. There were many system issues but she was extremely patient and made sure she helped me to complete everything. Lacey is the best!

I recently had the chance to visit this apartment complex, and I was really impressed! The property was very clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful atmosphere throughout the community. The landscaping was beautiful, the common areas were neat, and the overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The staff I interacted with were friendly and professional, which made the experience even better. From what I saw during my visit, this would be a great place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-kept community to call home!

I have yet to remove in my apartment but the quality of service that I’m receiving is amazing! I was speaking with someone over the phone and then I went into the property and it was the property manager Mrs.Sabrina! Amazing, and her employees are amazing as well! Thank goodness they are so patient with me and this transition to their property!

Kaila Johnson has been amazing through my whole process of starting my lease! She has been very thorough and helpful with everything I need to know about my apartment. I definitely recommend Kaila and this apartment and I can’t wait to stay living here!

Lacey provided an excellent tour and overview. She already had answers to most of my questions and then answered the new ones that I had. The property is beautiful and definitely something to consider.
