I moved across country with less than a months notice for work. I am very pleased with my choice in temporary housing. Larry is the property manager and has been absolutely incredible. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and very clear on the expectations I would get from this place. I was very hesitant because what you see online is not always what you get. I was pleasantly surprised that when I walked into my apartment, I got exactly what I anticipated. It is spacious, clean, BIG private backyard. Perfect location for me wanting privacy but also wanting to be close enough to everything. Some of my concerns were with the new environment. Maintenance has been outstanding. Any time I’ve had a request or an emergency, they respond right away. This past Tuesday, 01/13, I called in with a plumbing issue and Xavier H. came immediately. He stayed for long hours and even waited for the plumber to arrive, which I was truly grateful for. Xavier had also been here earlier that day fixing a few things around my apartment, and he did a great job. I truly appreciate everyone on the maintenance team, including Larry in the office. It’s comforting to know there are people there we can rely on.

Our move in experience started with some challenges, but what ultimately stood out was how responsive and persistent the leasing office (Larry T!) and maintenance team (Xavier H!) were once issues were identified. The staff followed through, communicated clearly, and made sure concerns were addressed so we could feel comfortable in the space. That level of care and effort made a meaningful difference and helped turn things around for us. We appreciate the professionalism and the time the team took to make things right, and so far things have been much smoother as we’ve settled in.

Miserable complex. Change office staff every month so no one knows what's happening with your community or apartment. Maintenance fix things halfway and never show up when agreed upon or told. My unit alone had to vacate and find a new place to live 3 times within the year of living there. They also boast a lavish dog park but do not check it often as it is usually always flooded due to over watering (which you pay for in the amenities fee) or filled with other owners dog feces that they refuse to take action on. Overall miserable experience and find anywhere else to live if possible.

Horrible complex. Roof leaks, office rarely picks up the phone after you become a resident, if you leave a voicemail they delete it and you receive a message saying "resolved" without ever contacting you. Most importantly, if you set up your security deposit, when it comes time for move out, they do not have it included towards your move out cost, they claim you do not have a deposit, despite having the signed documents stating that you have a security deposit, and providing that to them. Once this is proven and they see the proof, they ignore your emails and calls and just keep your money anyway. They are over priced and extremely small with cheap appliances that always break and cheap finishes as well. Scam complex, I would not recommend this to anyone.
