Avila

I moved to Avila from NYC end of August and love this Property. It's spacious, well maintained and ALL the staff on the property are incredibly kind and thougntful. You can always count on a smile and being greeted when running into them! From the moment I met Kristos through today, Kristos has consistently gone above beyond to ensure I am supported and appreciated as a tentant. He is well organised, his word and deeping caring! I have had minimal interactions with Caroline yet I've see her consistently being hands-on with other tenants or walking through property to ensure it is handled with care. What I'll say aboutt his Property Management team is, caring, respectful and reliable :")

Life at Avila Apartments is 5-star resort living in Pasadena! The property and the amenities easily speak for themselves, from the gym, the dog-washing room to the pool, grills and multiple community rooms. And, it's the staff that makes all the difference. I can always count on the managers, Caroline and Kristos, to have a smile on their face and truly want to make living here a joy! The staff I see everyday are always cheerful and take pride in their care for the property. It is truly a blessing to call Avila home!

My experience at Avila Apartments has been nothing short of great ever since I moved in, especially because of Kristos. Kristos is always very welcoming and helpful, and definitely goes above and beyond to try to assist the community. Caroline is also very helpful, and both of them are working hard to assist the community, answer our questions, and try to my the stay a pleasurable experience.

Kristos and Caroline made my home search seamless and straightforward. They were professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process, and consistently responsive to any questions or concerns. Even after I moved in, they have continued to check in and ensure that my experience here remains comfortable and peaceful. The community is beautiful, and the amenities are excellent.

Great experience living here so far! Huge shoutout to Kristos and Caroline! Caroline was very accommodating when I was touring the building and answered any and all questions I had. Kristos is very good with prompt communications regarding any event in the complex. I am very happy with the transparency and constant communication about any issues in the building and the timeliness in which they are resolved.
