I’ve been waiting 5 MONTHS for my overhead microwave to be replaced. I let management know the day after I moved in. Was told services are only done on Friday’s. I went in the following Monday for A MONTH after it was not replaced. I had to call in late for work several times because I was told to expect maintenance there early and nothing. I now have a microwave taking up most of my counter space. Apartment is nice clean and spacious 5 ⭐️ but management and maintenance 1 ⭐️
I've been living at Avila for 2 years, and management is great and apartments are super spacious! I would recommend these apartments to anyone.
