I’ve had a great experience living at Aviara East Pompano. The community offers a very modern living experience with beautiful, well-maintained amenities. The property is peaceful and quiet, which I really appreciate. The staff has been consistently professional, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality place to live in Pompano!

I was recently here for a pop up event at their pool deck and this complex was absolutely beautiful and everyone there was super friendly and helpful!

If you want to get a hold of someone, good luck!!! They don't answer the phone, they outsource their phone line, there is no after hours number they just disconnect the phones after 5:00 p.m. your AC will always break, there will be tenants who don't live here every night at the pool trashing it, sketchy people in the parking lot since there's no gate or guard and the tow truck company never gets called out. It truly is ghetttttoooooo

This company needs to work on communication. You cannot call the property directly. You'll be routed to an agent who sends a message to the property for a call back request. Also good luck on trying to view the unit and then each person tells you a different price when you call. I wanted to do a tour of the townhomes in lake worth through the workforce housing program. Got a quote of $1910 for a 3 bedroom then a week later an agent emailed me with a quote of $2350(no workforce units available) I'll take this as a sign to NOT move in. I can imagine how terrible it would be as a tenant. *Edit: response to owner* Yes my preferred property on your records is a 2 bedroom at Avaira Green but I also called regarding the 3 bedroom in case Aviara Green doesn't work out for me. Really nice place! Called the property management and was transferred to an agent that helped me book a tour and explained few details in regard’s availability of units. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
