Aviara Flats

The staff here is amazing. I am here helping out administratively. This office is the friendliest I've ever experienced. From the Community Manager down to her maintenance team, great vibes. Kudos to Miriam, such a great community leader. Beautiful property.

I am so pleased to find Aviara Flats. The staff has been wonderful. Sonia Rojas has been amazing helping with paperwork. The office management has also helped with some questions. I am in love with the 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment! The finishes and the floor plans are well thought out and they feel like home. I can wait to call Aviara Flats home 🏡 Thank you, Maureen Sullivan and Family!

Application process was super stressful due to me starting an application 4 days before the move in date I requested. A big Shout out to Denise and Bianca for helping me with the process of my application definitely made my application process go smoother. They definitely made me feel like I did choose the right home this time. Thank you ladies your work is very much appreciated!

Im pleased to say I did had a great experience while trying to look for a home and by the help of the staff including Mary and Miriam that helped me a lot through out the process on getting approved. The staff is amazing and so are the apartments.

If you have any shroud of respect for yourself you will not rent here. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I typically rent places for at least 2 years but this place I am quickly leaving after 1. For starters, these are housing projects. The neighbors are terrible people. My car was vandalized multiple times by a crazy woman I parked next to. The office did nothing but call the woman who of course lies and denies any involvement. I have her on camera, and will be pursuing all legal action against them possible. I was called a racial slur by another neighbor. Another neighbor accused me of stealing her dog shortly after I moved in. They searched my apartment and everything! Yeah, my life was a living hell for a year. I witnessed neighbors smoking fent, marijuana, and drinking
