Avery Property Management has been outstanding to work with. They’re attentive, reliable, and always quick to address any concerns. The property is well-maintained, communication is excellent, and their professionalism really shows. Highly recommend!

Unresponsive, rude, and lazy are the words to come to mind for Avery Property Management. I've rented from three property management companies in Boston, and this was by far the worst experience. They don’t answer phone calls and take forever to respond to emails, especially when contacting Leslie Campbell, who is notably unfriendly. The only way to get her attention was by withholding rent. I had a difficult time getting in touch regarding maintenance issues, and just when I thought things would improve after ending the lease, I was wrong. Our security deposit was written incorrectly, and we had to spend hours at the bank trying to sort it out—a nightmare. Avoid Avery.

Without a doubt the worst property managers I have ever dealt with. Unresponsive, rude and incompetent. I urge you to never rent from these people. They consistently ignored maintenance emergencies, and in the rare instance when they did address issues they would send a completely unqualified maintenance team to put a band aid on the problem. Absolutely horrible experience working with them. Apartments are overpriced, outdated and riddled with issues.

Ive been renting at a property that is managed by Avery for almost 2 years now and it has been the worst experience I have had as a renter. They literally never answer their phone- you cannot get a hold of anyone when trying to call for assistance. They do not respond to emails in a timely manner, or if at all. I had construction on my building’s deck most of 2023 and Avery did absolutely nothing in the sense or preparing and updating us about the immense construction at the back of the property. We never knew when people would be coming, or how long the construction was going to take, which showed a complete lack of consideration for our quality of living, working from home, and also safety. I enjoyed renting through Avery Property Management. Very professional staff and responds to requests within 24-hours. I had no issues while living there and it was an easy transition when I moved out. I also received my security deposit within an appropriate amount of time. I am overall very satisfied with my time at their property and would recommend them to others in the future.
