DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. worst mistake of my life, this place is absolutely disgusting, the management team does not care about any issues that you might have with the apartment or the complex. I brought many concerns and complaints to the management over the 18 months that I stayed there and not once was I taken seriously or was anything done to resolve the issues. There is mold everywhere and on everything I had to throw away hundreds of dollars worth of clothing and furniture after I had repeatedly told the management about my concern in this issue. There is an extreme roach infestation and nothing being done to combat it. Also, the management decides when they want to enter your apartment without warning or notice and basically just let themselves in at anytime they feel. Which I feel is a

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was initially going to renew my lease with them until my father passed and it was easier to move into his condo to handle his affairs. I let the office know on 12/24 that I would not be renewing my lease when it ended on 2/28. I was informed I would have to pay a penalty fee since I didn’t inform them within 90 days. Whatever, annoying but if it was in the lease, I’ll pay it. They never processed my notice so they are now trying to charge me month to month rent! Still no communication on when they will adjust it in the system.

The apartment itself is not too bad. The management and lack of consideration for residents is what makes this complex so frustrating to live in. There is something everyday with this complex and they surely do not go out of their way to accommodate for their residents. Some of the things my partner and I have experienced since living here for the past 6 months are: - water frequently being turned off - being charged storage fees because of a malfunction with the complex’s mailroom door - mail kiosk repeatedly malfunctioning - severe roaches in summer - maintenance taking weeks to fix simple issues - forgetting to change our air filter for months because our air system was “different” - the AI phone assistant hanging up on us and refusing to connect us with representatives - valet trash on

Not a great move in experience. The apartment was no where near the quality of the pictures on website. Very run down with strong odor, paint drips everywhere, bent screens that did not cover window openings, ceiling moisture discoloration and more. Maintenance was quick about fixing some move in issues. Advertising of $1,000 off first month was completely ignored and no discount was given at all. High rent prices for low quality apartment. Common areas are nice and clean though.

This place has absolutely no maintenance. They will have one person for the entire complex. Prepare to be without heat or ac. I was without heat during freezing weather, and the leasing office's response was, "We can't prove it's freezing" when it actually was freezing outside! They supposedly fixed my heater and now the ac is broken. this has been a 3 week issue. how much longer to fix what i pay for!! i doubt i'll get any discount on my rent.
