Michel Liv was very unprofessional and rude. I have never met a real estate agent that was so tone deaf and abusive before. We were moving out of an apartment and requested all tours give us at least 24 hour notice (which is the law in nyc) so we could plan to take our dog out beforehand. Not only did he demand we give same day time slots, he started yelling at us with threats when we told him we weren’t available that day. It got to the point that my partner refused to talk to him directly for fear of her own safety. When he did show up, he loitered not even talking about the apartment but about other ones elsewhere. The guy couldn’t get a hint and made me wait outside my own apartment for 15 minutes. It doesn’t take 15 minutes to show a 400sqft shoe box. I wouldn’t trust this guy in your
