*UPDATE* Property management continues to fall short. I DO NOT RECOMMEND RENTING FROM THIS COMPANY! After responding to the below contact they gave me, my issues have still gone unresolved with a property manager that falls short constantly. We have a major fire code violation happening and it just seems to be an issue that myself, a commercial tenant, is bringing these issues up. Wild when my life and my clients could be in jeopardy during an emergency. Do not recommend renting from this company. Have had issues that seem to be unaddressed for periods of time that effect my business. Health and sanitation issues are not taken as seriously as they should be, especially state covid mandates not being followed at their properties. I rented a house managed by Denver Realty Group for 3 years and it magically turned into Avenue Property Management in our last year. The communication between the company and residents is very poor. We had no known designated "property manager" throughout our time and rarely received communications from the same person. We had a great relationship with the home owner and we often took care of any concerns through them rather than contacting this management company. I was very thorough with my communication (I kept all the records of all my messages) with the company yet they did not seem to keep any sort of record of our communications. Working with Denver Realty Group has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve moved many times in my life but by far have never had as great of a move in as I have had with them. They are great at communicating and quickly responded to minor concerns. Danielle has been quick and efficient in all aspects from my initial inquiry to getting my family moved in comfortably, she was able to answer my questions quickly, gets maintenance out (who were also very friendly and knowledgeable) and takes care of needs almost immediately and is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable with your new home. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

As a new tenant of an Avenue Property Management apartment, I have been very satisfied with the process! The application, approval, and lease signing were all handled digitally and on my own time, which helped greatly since I'm usually at work during business hours. My apartment, a one-bedroom unit, is spacious and comfortable, and the community washer-and-dryer units are well-maintained and can send a notification to your phone to let you know when your laundry is finished. My new neighbors are friendly and quiet (and I hope to be the same for them, haha), and the properties are well-maintained. Plus, my unit is very affordable on my single income. Great experience so far, and I look forward to my time here in the future!

If I could give this business a -10 I would. I just learned that they were formerly Denver Realty Group. We rented an apartment through them that regret so much. The property was poorly managed, the city inspectors were always there because of code violations. Our service requests were always overlooked and never even looked at. We would go several days without warm water more than once were without heat for several days at a time. There were broken windows that never got fixed, our vehicles would get vandalized, our apartment was broken in to, wild parties every day of the week, gunshots at all hrs of the nigh, the police was always there.
