I would not recommend living here. This community has gone downhill drastically. Instead of investing in fixing the inside of the units, management only worries about appearances on the outside of the property. They removed the security gate completely instead of repairing it, which compromises safety. One of the main reasons people move here is for a gated community, but now anyone can come and go freely. Unsurprisingly, there have been multiple car break-ins since the gate was taken down. Maintenance is terrible. You can submit requests online, but unless you keep calling and following up, nothing gets done. I went an entire week without a microwave, and it took months for them to finally replace my toilet after it stayed clogged. Management is highly unprofessional. The property mana
