Avenue at Harbison

I can’t wait for this nightmare to end. A year ago we went 22 days with out heat and ac. (See previous review) A week and a half ago I came home to 3 inches of water in my apartment. It took 45 minutes to turn off the water main to building 6. They fixed the water and had someone come vacuum some of the water out of the carpets. Then gave use 3 loud fans and a dehumidifier for 72 hours. When they took the dehumidifier I asked is he not worried because the carpet is still moist. He assured me it okay. My wife and I started to have a cough and headache. We’ve been staying at a friends house and these symptoms have went away. The apartment is still humid In order to be moved to another apartment I have to sign an agreement for 12 months which is laughable because our current lease is till

Wow! Things are looking alot better at the apartment complex. The new office staff Adelina, Jaimie and Jay always greet you with a smile and a great welcoming greeting. They are willing to help or solve your residential problems. The maintenance guys Javonite and Mike are willing to do the work orders without complining and are willing to go the extra mile on their projects. I love the clean up of the track and recreation area. Now the new owner Benji is awesome. He listens to the residents and making improvements right away. He has awesome plans for the future of the complex. He started getting things done on day one. I am looking forward to seeing the new look and community building throughout the apartment complex inside and outside. Residents be patients to all the new new positive

Jamie is simply Awesome, she has went above and beyond to providing me with assistance during my renewal process. She has demonstrated patience and sensitivity that is unfortunately rare during these days and times. Thank You Mrs. Jamie Cameron for being the definition of Professionalism and Kindness rolled up into one 💯

We recently moved in and so far everything is amazing Adelina is the sweetest she was very helpful and patient with us, loved that she is bilingual!!! Felt right at home. Jamie the manager she is amazing looove her she moved super fast for us very loving. We put in a work order for our mail box to be fixed on Saturday we also asked for our sink to be fixed on Sunday and EVERYTHING was fixed with in 48 hours of our work order!!! New management rocks can’t wait to see all the amenities open this summer.

I applied to The Avenue at Harbison Apartments on February 19th, and my experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. And Jay Bland the manager is a creep with predatory behavior towards woman. After submitting my application and paying the required fees, the application went into a “limbo” status. Everyone listed on the application completed their portions, and the system clearly reflected that it was complete. I was told that once an application is completed, you receive an approval or denial almost immediately, and then finish the remaining paperwork in the office. However, that is not what happened. The day after completion, I went to the office because I hadn’t received any decision. I was told that on their end it still showed “processing.” I returned again that Saturday
