Avenue 19

As a vendor partner (Atlas Property Services), we work with many communities across the valley, and Avenue 19 I can honestly say is one of the best. Tiesha and her entire team are true professionals- they take a lot of pride in their profession, they consistently make sure the property is taken care of, and they treat the residents like a resident should be treated, and vendors for that matter. Rarely do I see such dedication to maintaining a high-standard living conditions for residents. If you're looking for a community that is managed well and sees you as a person rather than a door number... Avenue 19 is it. 5 stars all the way!

I’ve had a really great experience with this apartment complex so far. The property looks very clean and well maintained, and you can tell they take pride in how it’s kept. The new office staff has been doing an amazing job, they are friendly, professional, and very helpful. It’s been a positive change and I appreciate how responsive and welcoming they’ve been.

I lived at Avenue 19th for 15 months, and that was long enough. Shortly after moving in, I discovered that the refrigerator provided was comparable to one you’d find in a Motel 6—far too small for an adult to use comfortably. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning. The apartment company has several operational issues, starting with their limited office hours. They’re only open during weekday business hours, which means if something goes wrong on a weekend, you’re on your own. Maintenance requests typically take 1–2 weeks to be addressed. Their fitness center hours also cater only to a standard 9–5 schedule. Even though residents are given a key, security will ask you to leave if you try to work out late at night (such as at 11 p.m. or 2 a.m.), which feels unfair to anyone with a nont

The area it self is good. I like the library near there it's clean and staff is great. I got to say this Walmart is better then most Walmart. Staff is nice, restrooms are clean. Cashier's here is polite and like to have conversations. Even tho this Walmart is far from my house I think I will still go back

The residents are great Maintenance is not up-to-date. There’s holes in the walls in the hallways heavy rodent and drug filled area, elevator always out of order ,in my opinion not the best “kid friendly” environment please View actual unit before signing any lease
