Excellent apartment complex in Orlando Florida. The only thing I didn't like, but you might like, is that the apartments are in front of a lake and how there has been a change. The weather has been bad lately and it can rain so hard that the lake near the apartments could overflow and flood the apartments, but in reality, if we're talking about the apartment structure, it's excellent.Place to live turn around and look at them

I have family member that live out here , for one these apartments are not worth the money , being honest not worth over 900$ , and i think the rent is like double now , witch is crazy , when they moved in so much stuff was wrong and still wrong , they was showed a whole different apartment , Then you literally have to harass maintenance to get things fixed most of them don't speak english will, then lets talk about the trash and dumpster , those area always looks a mess , the up keep for theses apartment is not 4.1 star how about a 1 star if we being honest . the projects off ivy lane is kept up better then theses apartment , the guy in the office he knows what to say to get the people up in here a bunch of lies ...They need to do better or close them down

I have been living here for over 5 yrs now. I love living here due to easy commute access to many stores. The rooms are very spacious with it's own private bathrooms. The manager Oscar is very nice and professional. I have never had an issue with him. Whenever I place a maintenance request, it gets taken care within two working days. I have found myself many occasions being late with my rent due to postal delays and some unforseen circumstances. Oscar worked with me every time so eviction won't be needed. Thanks to him I'm still living here. Sometimes we all fall on hard times. Thanks Oscar for trusting in me and being very professional at the same time.
