Aventura on Briar Forest

Since I’ve moved here the staff has been nothing less than exceptional! I haven’t had any major issues but they handle every little thing like it’s of absolute importance to them. Diana, Dominique and Adam are an all-star leasing team, and their maintenance team is very friendly, knowledgeable and takes care of everything extremely fast. Glad I chose Aventura for my home.

I have lived in this apartment complex for about 14 months, and the lack of security is absolutely unacceptable. On Monday morning (12/22/25), I went to my car to leave for work and found the passenger window smashed and my entire car searched. Clearly, someone was trying to steal whatever they could. Thankfully, there was nothing inside, and it wasn’t worse, like stolen rims or more serious damage. I called the police, and they told me this was already the THIRD car break-in in less than a month. They advised me to contact management so they could take action, yet I still had to pay almost $300 out of my own pocket to fix the window. When I went to the office, management did absolutely NOTHING. Their only response was, “sorry, don’t leave valuables in your car,” and to email the police

I had a very disappointing experience at Aventura on Briar Forest. The customer service was extremely unprofessional. One of the younger staff members in the leasing office had a dismissive and rude attitude that made communication very uncomfortable. On top of that, I experienced serious maintenance and cleanliness concerns in the unit. There were ongoing issues that made the living environment feel unhealthy. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this property to do a very thorough inspection before signing anything.

I came in to tour a 1 bedroom and was promptly greeted by very nice and sweet young lady I think her name was Dominique. She showed me a nice spacious one bedroom that had some great amenities. She also was very informative and upbeat. Definitely need more leasing agents such as herself..great property and staff don't come across too many these days.

Best maintenance service — five stars! The maintenance staff are amazing and professional. The complex is always clean on the outside, and the trees and landscaping are always well-maintained. We’ve never had any complaints. This is the best place we've ever lived in. The apartments are renovated, clean, and spacious. There are absolutely no bugs or cockroaches at all.
