Aventura Apartments

3 years living here! I pay more than what they say on their website $$ 1400 you always have problems with the apartments broken doors drawers that don't close properly (remodeled), washing machines full of dog hair 😵‍💫 and the homeless are there all night between the parking lots and between apartments they stole my 2 bicycles at night (I had them tied up) terrible security, no security camera. The guard is exact to close the pool and the laundry room all night then you never see him again and they never answer his number.

Management is nice and welcoming, Oscar especially, but after move in its rather hard to get in contact about anything unless they contact first. the apartments themselves are given with many problems that they leave to break on you and then charge you for it. very nice neighbors though. and other than iffy washing machines, its an ok place.

This was literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. Do not waste your money to deal with never ending management battles, unanswered maintenance requests and phone calls, and unsanitary living conditions. Even with help from pest control the roaches wouldn’t go away and communal areas are NEVER clean. I wouldn’t recommend moving in here to my worst enemy

I have had a wonderful experience living in these apartments! The leasing staff is professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. The maintenance team deserves special mention for their prompt and efficient handling of work orders. It's comforting to live in a community where tenants are genuinely friendly, fostering a positive atmosphere. The rent is quite affordable, which is a huge plus, and the apartments themselves are immaculate. The 24-hour fitness room, along with the pool and jacuzzi, are fantastic amenities that I enjoy regularly. Additionally, the location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the 10 freeway. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to call home!
