I feel people take time to write reviews mostly when disgruntled, or upset. For once, I thought I’d take some time to write a positive review. My fiancé and I moved into Aventon Gwynn 4 months ago, and these 4 months have honestly been the most carefree and peaceful months of living that we’ve had in years! From the moment we stepped into the leasing office for a tour, we knew this place was the one, we applied and within a few days were approved and set to move in! The move in was smooth. Every single person in the leasing office has been kind and always helpful. We’ve only had one maintenance issue and it was resolved the day we put the ticket in! I cannot say enough amazing things about Aventon Gwynn! From the moment I walked in, I knew this place was something special. The design is modern yet warm, with beautiful finishes instantly make it feel like home. The amenities are absolutely top-tier the fitness center is fully equipped, the pool area feels like a private resort, and the community spaces are perfect for relaxing or entertaining friends. Everything is impeccably maintained and thoughtfully designed. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the management and staff. They are friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. Any questions or requests are handled quickly and professionally, which makes living here completely stress-free. Fine apartments, but parking is always so inconvenient and noise is a nightmare if your unit faces the road. I’m mostly over the common areas constantly being used as an event hall…… From birthday parties to baby showers, I hate having to navigate around large groups just to get to the delivery room or get to my car. It’s honestly really ghetto.

The Aventon Gwynn property is a nice place to reside considering the prime location and well designed layout. The community is spacious, modern and homely. What particular stands out is the care and support given by the staff. Leanne is exceptionally knowledgeable, prompt and compassionate in assisting community members. As this is a new property the hope is that it continues to be maintained, more community activities are organized and staff remain supportive before, during and after the leasing process. Go for this property if you feel this is a right fit for you!

Aventon Gwynn is one of the very best apartment communities I have moved into recently. I have just meet the new property manager Tierra, and already know Leann, and Joseph that will always greet with a smile. The staff here will always respond and follow up with you. The maintenance personnel are courteous, professional, and get request for maintenance done in a timely manner.
