We lived here for 5 years, which must mean it's pretty good place to live. It's fairly priced, and it's perfect for a couple post-college. Garrett is the best community director. Parking is fairly priced for outdoor, and only a little pricey for indoor (still worth it). We used the gym all the time! Free donuts on Saturday mornings were always a plus. Finally, I loved facing west because the view and the sunsets were fantastic!

I have been here over 6 months and love my apartment. I am in a studio that’s laid out like an efficiency (one bedroom with no door on bedroom). The quality of the build is great. I have new cabinets and granite countertops. The community and building is quiet. It’s a dog friendly building and the back of the building has an open field for dogs to play (no fence). The only cons to living here are that my closet doors don’t close easily and feel clunky and the indoor garage parking is pricey. However, there is a covered lot out back that’s affordable. I love how close I am to panera bread, chipotle, Einstein bagels, etc. I have had quick responses to any maintenance issues. The gym and common areas are always clean. I highly recommend this for anyone looking to be downtown but not feel over

A most excellent three-year experience completed. From the cleanliness to the quietness to the community, with fantastic proximity to everything, this was such a pleasant place to live! Shout out to Garrett, the building director, in particular who is always responsive, upbeat and keen to help as best as possible. Indoor parking, while marginally pricey, is well worth it for the area. Large windows and great amount of storage to maximize the space. Best of all are the sunsets, especially if you have a South or West-facing view.

Bittersweet moving out because we loved living here. Great view, location and amenities. Very dog friendly- we got our first puppy here and he had so many friends to play with. Tom and Diana are always going above and beyond to make us feel like home. Our neighbors were very friendly. Definitely recommend Avenir if you are looking for a place downtown!

I lived in the Avenir for a year, and I loved it. It was a great experience and community to be a part of. Garrett was super helpful with the moving in process and was always very friendly. Any (minor) issue I had was addressed and resolved right away. This is a very nice apartment for a very solid deal. I am going to miss the Saturday donuts. Five stars easily.
