Avenida North Apartments

I have lived in these apartments for 3 years now and my experience has been good. I understand that things get damaged and sometimes you have to wait for them to be repaired. I don't think it's a bad place to live; it's quiet and the neighbors are all decent people.

This place was supposed to be a fresh start for me and my family but now it’s beginning to feel like a nightmare. I have a pregnant girlfriend that shouldn’t be having to deal with the AC mold building up in the vent era.my dishwasher has gone bad 2 times in only few months that I have been living here. There is also no bath fan in my restroom; so I would not be surprised if the restroom ceiling catches mold as well. I just do not understand why these things are not looked at before the tenant has moved in , and yes the apartment that I was shown before I moved in did have a bathfan. I have took all of these things and brought them up to staff and maintenance team and till now it’s been a hassle my girlfriend has tried to get corporate number and they refuse to give it out. Can’t imagine

If I could do zero stars I’ll do it. This is the worse place to leave people party everyday and they don’t care if you call the police. People are very disrespectful. Management are just there to be there cause they don’t do anything about any problem. We leave there for 5 months. The worse 5 months in my life.

I came several times, never gor any one to help me, or assit me, I was upset because I love here over 3 year, but this new young lady came and in a flash, fix months of frustation, I even renew My léase excelente customer service Thanks Miss Maxell

apartments ran by trash people. Absolutely pathetically behaving management. The owners and management of this place is despicable.. the absolute epitome of the sort of people that is making Atlanta (and many major cities) worse
