Avendale Chisholm Trail Ranch

I toured the apartments yesterday and had the absolute BEST experience thanks to Taiah Bey! She was thoughtful, personable, and literally amazing from start to finish. She took the time to really listen to what I was looking for, answered every single question thoroughly, and made the whole tour feel comfortable and stress-free. You can genuinely tell she cares about helping people find the right home — not just filling a unit. Her energy was so welcoming and positive, and she made what can usually be an overwhelming process feel easy and exciting. If you’re thinking about touring here, definitely ask for Taiah. She truly goes above and beyond!

I love living here!! Everyone makes me feel so welcomed here and there are cool events that bring the community together which is pretty rare in this day and age. The ladies in the office are so sweet! Taiah, Brittany and Tiffany are total gems and care about your comforts. The amenities are great as well, a fancy gym area, nice lounge areas near the office, a Nespresso machine with vertuo pods a simple walk from your place. Also very safe to walk around the community plenty of side walk. The single homes are really fancy and perfect space as a two bedroom and 2 bath. Usually most 2 bedroom places have one bath so it’s great to have a separate bathroom as well for guest. Love not having to share walls with my neighbors as my house is a standalone. Rent is very reasonable and moved in while

From the moment you walk in, you can feel the care and dedication of this team. Tiffany, Brittni & everyone consistently go above and beyond to make this a wonderful place to live. Their kindness, responsiveness, and professionalism truly set them apart. I’m so thankful to be part of such a positive and well-managed community.

I had the pleasure of touring with Tim at Avendale a few days ago. He is very kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly assess my needs in a new home and made sure that he showed me all of the available options. The community is beautiful, inviting, and the homes are very well laid out with modern finishes. I enjoyed the tour and came away with the information needed to make an informed decision. Me and my girlfriend had the pleasure of touring with Tiffany, she was an awesome tour guide, very kind and friendly. What we also liked about Tiffany was that she was very honest and transparent with us about the application process, and any other fees. We just applied today so I'm excited to get going with the process. Overall really great experience I would definitely recommend these apartment homes!
