Worst place to live, if you are wanting to move in here or thinking about it DONT!!! Moved in July 2024, when signing the lease they told us rent would be $1,302 with smaller fees applied which was reasonable/expected. Another fee for using Built App to pay rent. But those small fees kept adding up, the last couple of payments were close to $1,500 as shown! Not only were they overcharging but unsafe! Had homeless MEN sleeping in hallways on multiple occasions. Called the cops multiple tomes because office was closed, when the office was open, I told the receptionist Jessi, her response was “Oh you’ll just have to tell them to leave.” One homeless man that I had called on once before knocked on my door and stood there for 10 minutes. No freedom even at your own apartment. Lack of cleaning, common notes, and disrespectful manner of speaking. They’ll leave you a never ending list of their regulations and still say they that your space is your space. Sadly it’s happened since this area isn’t even locally owned anymore but rather operated in an whole different state.

New management is horrible. Rude, unprofessional, and ignorant. They speak to you in a demeaning manner, and fail to address issues. The apartments have been made a mess of with trash, the raise prices on rent as crime in the area continues to rise. They don’t address the issue of problematic tenants, and make it extremely difficult to pay rent with their faulty system. There many places cheaper, kinder, and actually worth your money.

I live behind the parking lot and this morning found a bike had been thrown over my 6 foot privacy fence . Previously have had a bag of weapons possibly and a vacuum come over my fence. Is there no security around after dark?

Don't go here. I have waited since January for a $200.00 holding fee. Get nothing but the run around. " It's been mailed". From Denver's office. Still waiting. March 20th now. On to the lawyer now and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I've worked in many complexes nothing like this management company. Terrible terrible property management Asset living.
