Avanti West Apartments

This apartment seems to be made to look good from afar but if you live here it’s noticeably known that it’s all hype. First of all the pool…doesn’t look as pretty as they make it seem. When it is open, it’s dirty. The parking policy is atrocious. You are allowed 2 cars to park there 24/7. Now visitors do have until 10pm, and if you’d like they can stay overnight but you have to notify the manager. The funny thing is you have to tell them when they are in the office. THE MANAGER IS ONLY THERE THREE DAYS OUT OF THE WEEK AND FRIDAY IS A HALF DAY. The manager makes up his own rules and if you go by at night you’ll notices over 15 cars parked out by their entrance but they have plenty of space inside. He’s made it knows he doesn’t care about the job and he’s only there for the meantime. If your

I just want to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff, especially the front desk/attendant team. Every time I walk in, I’m greeted with a friendly smile and genuine professionalism. What stands out the most is their attentiveness, they go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and cared for. Specifically for Devon, he was such a sweet soul and treated me with so much respect. It makes such a difference knowing that if something comes up, there’s a reliable and approachable person there to help.

Honestly, everything went super smooth with this apartment. The location is perfect close to everything I need. The place itself is really nice and clean, and I felt comfortable right away. Huge shoutout to Devon (the manager) he was seriously the best. Super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy. You can tell he actually cares, which is rare. If you’re thinking about moving, definitely check this place out. I highly recommend it!

I walked in and the Property Manager Carmen had a huge smile, so I felt like home. Maintenance is a very nice man, that's what we need, whenever I need something to be corrected it's done rapidly. Property and pool are very nice and clean. Conclusion, I will invite my relatives and friends to move in to this Property due to the customer service and friendliness of the complex atmosphere.
