This was by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. My rental was managed by this company, and in the span of just one year, we had four different property managers. Communication was a nightmare. Any time we brought something up that a previous manager had told us, they’d say, “Oh, we never said that,” and then demand proof. This happened multiple times. Proof, proof, proof — every little thing. It was so frustrating. If you ever rent from them, keep track of every email, text, and voicemail, because they will try to act like conversations never happened. To top it off, after working with us for a full year and knowing we don’t speak Spanish, they sent us an official document entirely in Spanish — with no explanation or translation.
